Chris Chiafullo

Mr. Chiafullo represents hundreds of Federal Firearms Licensees (“FFLs”) and Federal Explosives Licensees nationwide as National Coordinating Counsel for his FFLGuard program, an innovative compliance/legal package featuring a collection of specialized lawyers, subject matter experts, and professionals. The program provides clients with cost-efficient access to specialists — who deliver educational training and rapid response services —with a focus on safeguarding the viability of the client’s Federal Licenses through proactive compliance.Mr. Chiafullo has been summoned to the White House to discuss with administration officials on how Federal Firearms Licensees operate in this country, and has counseled FFLs with interests vital to national security. At the same time, Mr. Chiafullo continues to serve as Outside General Counsel, Special Counsel and Consultant to various firearms companies, including but not limited to Brink’s, ACADEMI, AcuSport, United Sporting Companies, IWI, Rural King, Heckler & Koch-US, Crye Precision, and 3M.

Bryan Chiafullo

Bryan is the younger brother of National Coordinating Counsel, Chris Chiafullo. He has earned the nickname "Road Warrior" within FFLGuard due to his tireless treks across the country to visit with clients in person and assist them with their firearms compliance needs - especially in regards to ATF Forms, A&D Records, and firearms markings.Bryan is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and has spent 20+ years in the legal industry. Since joining FFLGuard in 2013 he has trained under retired ATF Industry Operation Inspectors and high-ranking officials. Bryan has taken part in countless compliance closing conferences and administrative action hearings with clients all over the country.
